American Express Complaint - Want To Get The Credit Card And Rewards Back
EDGEWATER, NEW JERSEY -- My husband is loyal to American Express. I remembered he was exciting when he got the first credit card from American Express. He paid on time, mostly earlier and complied with all rules. But in this Oct, AMEX cancelled his card without pre-notice. He called several times, but no one can give the reasons. The representative insisted they can cancel the card at any time, but does it means no reason?
Why a company can treat their accounts like that? How could we do? I want to find the way to resume the credit card and get the rewards back. Does anybody has the same story find a good way to solve it?
