You have to love online merchants which sell goods without having anything in inventory... welcome to the Amazon model gone bad - it's HomeClick.com

They will charge your card full price, tax and shipping even if the goods aren't available... in my case, even if the merchandise has not been put into production. I waited 5 months, and heard every excuse. Fortunately they refunded the money, but I'm not a bank - and $250 returned with no interest after 5 months!

Under the FTC guidelines and fulfillment rules, they were to inform me of any delays within "30 days"... but they probably count on no one reporting them. Good luck in talking to an executive... they are do well guarded by customer service representative who couldn't care less. Bunch of scam artists.

I called both the FTC and State Attorney General office... looking forward to seeing these guy get they just rewards... Perhaps five months and $250,000!
