Iolo Technologies LLC Complaint - Horrible Customer Care
LA, CALIFORNIA -- I contacted iolo in mid September to let them know that after a few months of perfect performance I can no longer get their software to work. Their support department is a joke!! They give you the run around, we will call you, email your, we will escalate the problem to our premier team, blah blah blah excuses, excuses and more excuses. I finally got an email on late November telling me to update to the latest version and let them know if that worked.
Well of course that did not work!!!! And when I called they have the nerve to tell me to just wait and be patient!!! I will never in my life deal with this people again. If I was rich I would sue the hell out of them!!!
