Advanta Credit Card Complaint - Credit Card Thieves - Advanta Card For Small Business

I recently did a balance transfer to my Advanta card to get a special low interest rate. I didn't want to be late on payments so emailed and asked if they had an auto-pay option. I received a reply that said they did and told me how to sign up. I signed up and got a confirmation that they had received my information. I received a bill but assumed but since it was after my sign-up for autopay I expected it to be processed that way. I then got a call about a late payment and explained I was signed up for autopay. I was informed that they had no autopay option. Even though I had the emails to prove it they cancelled the promo rate, charged me a late fee and raised my interest rate to 37.18%. Their operators barely speak English and I constantly get disconnected trying to resolve this.

I am filing complaints with the State, but my advice is stay as far away from these thieves as possible!
