Projector Lamp Center Complaint - Avoid This Business Like The Plague

ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- I ordered a replacement bulb for my TV on July 08 2008.They told me they were out of stock on this part and would order it from Toshiba. On July 23 the part was still not in stock so I told them to cancel the order and send me a refund. It is now December 23 2008 and I still have not received my refund of $208.86. I have call and emailed them many times and all I've gotten from them is the run around.

I would advise you not to purchase anything from this business! Also, they no longer have a telephone number to call so now they have added another layer of frustration. You now have to deal with them on the web via chat,how convient.

i too have been scammed by this company. i made a work related purchase, and was told the item was in stock, and would ship next day in time for an important meeting.

low and behold, the item never shipped, but i was charged as soon as the order was placed. it took me 9 weeks to get a refund. i had sent 4 emails requesting this refund, all un-answered. finally i contacted my credit card company, and in 2 days i had a full refund.
