RCA Complaint - TV Not Working 13 Months After Purchase
NEW YORK -- Tv was purchased at Wal-mart June 2007 and I had problems within first year and TV now (July 2008) needs a power supply that will be a $400 repair. Repair shop contacted RCA because part was unavailable everywhere else and RCA said it would do A global search and notify repair shop if part could be found within 48 hours. One week later I called repair shop and they were still waiting. I called RCA and they told me they found a part and I needed to call the repair shop to give them the phone # of supplier.
Very bad customer service, not enough space to vent about all calls with RCA but would not recommend or ever purchase another RCA product.
