Sears Complaint - Online Order From Sears Frustrating And Disappointing
I ordered something from Sears online 3 weeks before Christmas. My order was for my two and half year old daughter so it was very important for me to receive the item before Christmas and the delivery date was guaranteed to be on Dec 18. After not having received my order on Dec 18, I called Sears and was told very matter of factly that the order had not even been shipped yet, no apology nothing, no effort made to try to get this to me before Christmas. I was then put on hold and told that the order would be shipped on Monday but to call to make sure on Monday, which is ridiculous. Why should the onus be on the customer? Sears should have followed up on Monday and ensured that the item had been shipped. I called on Monday and received the same matter of fact answer that it had not been shipped, no apology or effort made to make things better for me.
I will never order from Sears again! I think if Sears doesn't clean up their act, they will lose a lot o customers, as I have seen many reviews from people as frustrated as I am.
