GLENDALE, CALIFORNIA -- As a gem collector of some time and renown-i have had many dealings with DSNTV as a entity as well as prior and subsequent dealings with a few individuals who work and have worked there...I have also had a great deal of experience selling gems and jewelry online, in a retail store I co-owned, and on television as a consignor to vendors extant. One thing I know personally is this-returns are a fact of life, and very time consuming especially in a high volume TV environment...People return items there primarily because they fail to resell a product purchased for that reason..And just imagine having to process these-it is not as simple as just RTS and refund...All of this product must be checked for damage, gemologically inspected to verify one is not being conversion swindled with fake gems, etc etc.-Multiplied by scores of returns all with special circumstances and controls..

Let us all reason together-with all the benefits at DSN, GSN, JTV and others-lets be fair and realize these good people are only human and if we get a refund in thirty days when we have option on their money in merchandise for up to the same thirty days-is it not just a bit unfair to complain about it???

Bologney!!!!!!! I have waited OVER a month for two pairs of earrings and have yet to receive even one pair. And like a fool, I did not wait for these earrings before ordering again. Now, they have $4,000.00 of my money which I am sure is getting put to good use padding their pockets. I have retained an attorney and if no response within 10 days, I plan on suing and going on a very popular TV station and sharing my experiences with quite a few people. Good luck to all having problems.

Thats nothing I have orders dating back to July 2011 that have never shipped and everytime I request a refund nothing ever comes out of it. Steph have you had any luck with getting your money back. Im going to contact the postal service to let them know about the fraud they are commiting by not shipping the merchandise and holding the money. I would like to go on the programs and share my nightmares with this horrific company.

I purchased thousands of dollars from this company, generally all was great then the quality went down and had to return many many items. Yes the refund wait is a disgrace as is having the item exchanged. I am sorry that this company has gone as I found in the beginning the jewelery was a terrific buy.
