eBay Informative - eBay Restrictions Unfair
I have an eBay account been a seller with 100% positive feedback over 321 points feedback, I paid my bills to eBay all the time on time and with no notice when I try to sell an item eBay restrict me to sell your detailed seller ratings (DSRs) are below the minimum performance... What does this mean?
My customers they leave feedback and close the transaction, more of them they don't stay on details page to kill time with all that stupid questions. The answer is simple YES or NO ... Positive or negative feedback is clear if someone is happy or not with my items. I lost more then one hour to find a way to contact eBay but no results. The link for live chat was remove from my page and the only way was to send an email where I was suppose to be contact in 36-48h by email from customer support. Anyway I used a friend account to get a phone number and call ebay. They didn't want to talk to me until I was give them a pin number what I didn't have it. So finally I get the lady to talk about my account.
The answer was " you have to wait " we know you have feedback 100% with perfect happy customers but some of your customers they didn't complete the detailed seller ratings (DSRs). So send them emails and tell them to do this and maybe we gone re-open your account. Be happy because other customers they have the account suspended for next 12 month on same situation like yours. So WHY we build all this great 100% feedback when eBay they do the law anyway and they don't give a damn for there customers.
Same to everybody who works for eBay ... eBay encourage legal the internet fraud. If someone pays online for an eBay item with false credit card, me like seller I can't leave negative feedback to let know other eBay user they deal with an escrow. There is no seller protection there is no respect for seller accounts with perfect 100% feedback, and they are getting there paycheck from charge me high fees.
What a shame for an online gateway sell system.
