Buy.com Complaint - Still Have Not Received Product! - Book
Book - Complaint
NEBRASKA -- We have still not ever received the book we ordered and have no idea where it is. They have NO tracking system. Any communication is automated so no real response to my e-mail. Tried to call but could not find number on website, finally found number but no help there, still No book! Told 3-5 day shipping now been 20 days! Did I mention they took our money right away and still have it!!! I am a big Amazon user, and other websites, and rarely, if ever, have problems ordering anything. Never used buy.com before but they had a good buy on a book we wanted for a gift.
Never again will I use buy.com, pretty spoiled after using Amazon where you can track everything, fast and personal customer service .. NOT WITH BUY. COM! Never again! Do not recommend!
