Horizon Complaint - Worthless Information

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON -- Flew into Seattle on the 22nd of December. Various flights I tried the day before and the day of travel were cancelled and my large bag did not arrive with me. I then proceeded to the Property Department and they gave me a slip with a file locator number and a number to call and email. The number is always busy and the email address sea. baggage@Alaskaair comes up with a message the email address may have changed.

Unbelievable that information was given to me that is worthless and my bag with various Christmas presents is still missing.

Lots of people and bags are not where they should be today because of weather. It will probably take a few days to get everything back in order.
