UFC Store Online Complaint - Non-existent Service
My girlfriend went online to the UFC store(as I am a huge fan) and got me a watch for xmas. What they sent her was the wrong one, this was 7$ less and a much different style than the one she ordered for me(although she was billed for the original watch) She has tried through countless e-mails, none of which are replied to and many phone calls that go straight to message again none are returned.
We were going to return it and do a charge back on her visa as it has only been 3 weeks since she ordered it, but she had and idea to give this watch to her brother(who is a fan too) for his birthday in a couple months and the just order me another watch.
What does anyone think of this idea? I'm kind of leery as we have had zero contact with anyone about this matter so the same thing could happen again.
I would appreciate any idea from anyone.
