Cabela's Outfitters Compliment - Great Return Experience

LACEY, WASHINGTON -- I purchased a Plano hard-sided rifle case for my Ruger 10/22 rifle, and when I got home, I discovered that one of the clamps that hold the case shut was missing. I went back to the store, and had misplaced the receipt. All I had was the bright orange sticker placed on the label for the case with today's date. The lady at the Customer Service desk was very nice and issued me the amount of hte case, plus tax, on a gift card, as that is how I had paid for it. She told me to go up to the second floor and get another case and use the new gift card to pay for it. She said the receipt was not really needed as the sticker was proof I had purchased the case.

Allowing for the wait in the line due to the holidays, I was actually in and out of the store in like the equivalent of 15 minutes A totally stress-free experience.
