T-Mobile Complaint - T-mobile Customer Service "Dumb Down"
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA -- I recently suffered water damage to my Black Berry, I called T-Mobile, spoke to MANY customer service people. The only solution that they offered was for me to purchase a new replacement @$369. I asked if they had any re-furbished units,(which they have for warranty replacements) they stated flat out no. I went to Wirefly and I can get a New replacement for $00.plus sign a new contract with another carrier. SO, doing this and paying T-Mobile the termination fee for my current contract still leaves me with a plus of $169. which I explained to T-Mobile customer service. They had NO ANSWER.
It appears that they would rather lose an excellent paying customer than help out. What does that say about their business principles?
