Disneyland (California) Complaint - My Room Was Robbed A Disneyland
ANAHIEM, CONNECTICUT -- I took my family to Disneyland for Christmas vacation in Dec 2008 for 3 days on out 3rd day we entered out room, after being in the park all day, to find that money was missing from out room. We contacted security and filed a police report. We were then left in out room without being informed of what steps and measures were to be taken next. After contacting the security supervisor we were told to go home and we would be contacted in 48hours. That was on Dec 14th, after several (8 or more..)phone calls I finally received a phone call back on Dec 24th, I was told that I had no proof that someone entered my room and stolen money, however I was informed by another department that my room was in fact entered approx 5 times by hotel staff. Disneyland has not even reached out to apologize to me in any way. I feel that the are not taking measures to find out what exactly happened. What is a person to do about this? I can not even get into contact with a manager, every time I try they refuse to transfer me.
Has anyone else experienced this happening to them and what measures did you take, and what has been done about it.
