DEER PARK, NEW YORK -- I received the 2nd pair of slippers one week after the first pair. My check was cashed on 10/17/03. I have not stopped writing letter to authoritative agencies until last week, when I received a personal phone call form Pauline at customer servive followed by an email confirming our discussion. Lucky you then! Every 2 weeks I get another email that says my 2nd pair will be shipped in 2 weeks, and this has been going on about 2 months now.
