T-Mobile Complaint - Defective Router - Return Shipping Charges
NEVADA -- I signed up for the T-mobile home service. Unfortunately, I have had problems since I received it. I have dial tone but I am unable to make or receive calls on a consistent basis.
I have called T-mobile to correct this problem 5 times. Each time they have me recycle the system by unplugging the router then plugging it back in. Each time we do this, the phone starts working again, albeit temporarily. After a few hours, the same problem occurs again.
Each time I want to dial out, I have to unplug the router, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in. However, I am unable to receive any calls because my phone will not ring and goes straight to voice mail.
Finally, a technician concluded that the router must be defective and it needed to be replaced.
I have had the service for only 11 days and believe it or not I have to pay for shipping for the new router!! The technician told me that is how the replacement warranty works.
Hmmmm...let's see.....they send me a defective router in the first place and I have to pay to have it replaced!! Unbelievable!!
Shame on T-mobile!
The only positive thing I can say about T-mobile is that all 5 of the technicians that I spoke to were very nice!
