Verizon Complaint - Pure Disgust!
DELAWARE -- I feel like so many of your other readers...pure disgust!!!! There for you all the time??? Bull!!! You have to talk to a computer for over 20 minutes of your time while at work...then once you finally if ever reach a real person you have to verify all the information the computer says it already retrieved!!! They don't want to hear about your problems...and don't care to solve them. I called over a week ago because my sister with two children had lost phone service in Indiana...by time I got someone they said they couldn't have me report the problem because I wasn't on the account...duh...how can they report when they can't dial out or receive...and cell phones??? Them checking for dead zones as the commercials say is also a line of bull...I was lucky enough to reach her one day by mistake to find out they were okay. Why?? Neither of us has good cell phone reception too!! I've traveled a lot this past summer to find there are plenty of dead zones in very big towns...you have to stand in a yard to get service or not loose your call. Then they try to sell you bundles or extras and when it doesn't work...trying to undo the damage leaves you paying all they want and still no satisfaction. If I can get another service...I will. I have told them that too, but what do they care? Go to their website to have a live chat with customer service... and say you are from Delaware...it says it's not available there??? Give me a break!!!
Thanks for your site...I found it today after fighting to get a hold of them again today. My sister is now 2 1/2 weeks without service...and they want to charge her $8.00 an hour to check the problem out...the crackling in the line is water...and we get that a lot here too...and it may take two days for them to fix our business line...but they do...yet across the states apparently they change a lot of things however they want. It is sad.
Too bad we can't find other servers all over the US to make us customers really important to someone...some business. Old fashioned caring about your customer is definitely lost with Verizon!!!
