Skullcandy Complaint - No Service No Package
UTAH -- I ordered headphones from Skullcandy on Dec 10th and they were a Christmas present for my husband who travels a lot and would only be home a few days for the holidays. On the 22th I had still not received them and called the contact number. Not only was it not an 800 number I was on hold for almost 20 minutes(and I called because my emails went unanswered). According to them all orders placed on the 10th were accidentally canceled and re ordered and sent out two day shipping on the 19th and I would receive them on the 22nd or 23rd but definitely before Christmas. Well here it is the 29th and still no headphones, no reply to my emails(which their site states they will return all emails quickly) and again I have been on hold for over an hour. And the bad part is that my husband is off again on business and without the headphones he could have definitely used on the plane. And now as I currently was still on hold the message switched over to the customer service office is closed.
I WOULD ADVISE ALL TO NO ORDER FROM SKULLCANDY. SOUNDS LIKE TIME TO CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. MAYBE THIS COMPANY ISN'T EVEN REAL.
