Frank Bee Complaint - Order Still Wrong After 2.5 Months!!!

My experience with FrankBee was HORRIFIC! I purchased shoes for my daughter in early October. I rec’d the wrong size, wrong color, and wrong style. I called immediately and they said they would ship out the correct order right away. However, the order never arrived. So after several unreturned emails and phone calls, I reached them and a service representative said they would send them out - in two weeks! They were back ordered, and I would have to wait. Eventually, I rec'd the order, but once again it was dead wrong (despite both orders having the right shoes listed on the invoice). This time, they weren't even the correct Brand! I reached someone today and they said they'd send me a return postage label. The representative gave me a half-hearted apology, saying that they don't do many sales of that product. So now, over 2 mos. after my original purchase, I still do not have the shoes, none of my messages were returned, and I have not even rec’d the return label.

Frank Bee showed absolutely no desire to get this order right. Customer service was rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. DEAL WITH FRANK BEE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
