LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- I used JourneyEd.com, which appears to be the same company as Campustech.com, to "purchase for download" a software program. Although not stated, it is assumed one can immediately download the program upon purchase. Not so.
It took four days for JourneyEd.com to send me an email stating the "package" is being shipped. It will take another 24 hours before I actually receive the "package" via email.
It may have been quicker to actually order the physical copy and have it delivered UPS!
