Starkist, Bumble Bee, Etc Informative - Descending Quality Of Tuna's Con I tency
I am 62 yrs old, and have been making tuna recipes for probably 40 of those years. I finally am so disgusted that I have to write and ask you WHY your canned tuna has evolved into such 'mush'. For awhile, I was getting tuna that was supposedly 'chunkier', but now, no matter how I drain it, and how little mayo I add, and how carefully and how little I mix it, it is like eating liquidy oatmeal. I no longer make casseroles, and rarely enjoy a tuna sandwich.
I have seen comments dating back to 2002 (!!) regarding the size and quality of tuna.... How many complaints does it take (if there is a magic number) for these companies to listen to us??!!
