Comast Cable Complaint - Absolute Worst Customer Service Worldwide

NEW HAVEN, CONNECTICUT -- Comcast bought ATT Broadband more than a year ago. Today, they cannot access the former ATT accounts yet, they will call you and tell you that you have not returned equipment or paid the bill. I sent a payment in and they posted it wrong which resulted in them cutting off my service. When they admitted the mistake, it took more than 24 hours to turn the cable back on. all they say is I'm sorry..and screw you. When I moved, I wanted to keep my phone number. I was told I could, then I couldn't..then maybe I could if I called this number...their people have yelled at me, refused to answer my questions, kept me on hold, refused to put a supervisor on the phone...what a nightmare...What's nice, is this is the first salvo...Wait til they see what all I'm going to do. We'll start with City council and go from there. Beleive me, this short version doesn't tell half the story of the nightmare.

I would not waste your time...nothing you can do will impact Comcast in any way...
