T-Mobile Complaint - Poor Service and Fraud
T-mobile is singularly the worst company I have ever had to deal with. When we tried canceling the first month, they refused and said that we had to give them a chance to fix the problem. They took longer than the 30 day mark and then told us we couldn't cancel even though they were responsible for the overage. They charged us $50/mo more than they quoted at sign-up, cursed at us over the phone, told us they were sending techs out and then didn't, refuse to believe that we don't get service in our own home and then charged us another $10/mo for a box in order to get service in our home and we still dropped calls every day.
This is just an overview; this has been going on for a year.
