Best Buy Complaint - Big Bad Salesman
COQUITLAM, BC -- About a month ago, my wife went to buy the "Acer Aspire One," but the salesman told her there was none left after let her waiting for over 30 minutes (I was waiting for her at parking lot outside with my baby)!
I was doubtful about that because I just checked the availability online. Anyway, because it was already dark we went home.
Next day I accompanied my wife to browse and try to buy another netbook/laptop. But the same salesman told us the computers we wanted (new Mac 13.3", HP, Acer..) were all sold out. I told him that was impossible because I just checked them before coming to store and I also checked that online inside that store too. He simply used his disdainful voice to tell us All JUST Sold Out.
I told him he was obviously lying for some reason and then going to leave. Yet, the ugly part was that the salesman told his coworker (different department) that I had mental problem (he pointed his index finger to his head and circle when said that insult)!!
I was not sure if we were blacklist or just that specific salesman's personal/career problem?! (We did return some cracky computers long time ago, but we did buy computer and many other things at that store too!!)
The instances really hurt our feelings and made me depressed! I wonder if other customers had the similar cases.
