Sprint Complaint - Customer Service/Billing
This is absolutely the WORST cell phone provider ever. We started with them in June '08, and have had a problem every month since. Unfortunately, they were the only option open to us. We were with T-Mobile for almost 4 years previously, using another company's tower. If we could have stayed with them, we would have. We are paying $40 more every month, and getting less for our money. If you send anything other than texts (with the Everything Messaging Share plan), You are charged an exorbitant amount. We have gone through this twice in six months, where they have charged us an extra $85. Supposedly after this happened the first time, internet access was blocked on all phones.
If you are able to speak to someone, that representative has been well taught to double talk, until you aren't sure what is going on. The terrible attitude you receive is unbelievable. I work in customer service also, and I would never talk to any customer in that manner.
We have had nothing but terrible customer service since we started, and I would recommend Sprint to NO ONE, not even my worst enemy.
