QVC, Inc. Complaint - Customers Expected To Pay For Their Mistakes
I received the bag and it had an ugly pink luggage tag instead of the matching tag shown on the internet. This is very disappointing as it makes the bag look like it belongs to a teenager not a business traveler not to mention it is a clear case of bait & switch. When I requested a return label to ship it back ath their expense, I was told "When you use this label, we will simply deduct $8.95 from your order refund for return shipping." I think it is appalling that I am expected to pay for their mistake especially given the sneaky nature of their slipping in something other than the product displayed.
My business will go to companies that stand by their products and own up to their mistakes insteading of expecting their customers to pay to return products that they did not order.
