North American Bancard Compliment - Stop!
MASSACHUSETTS -- I have read so many complaints from a lot of reviewers. Honestly, stop playing the blame game. I have been in business for 10 years. I been with North American Bancard for 2 years. If you read the contract everything is stated, if you choose to be a follower then just signed at the dotted line. Questions do not cost anything so please ask questions before you make your decision. I see people complain how they get tied into a 3 year contract and such. Simple logic, the equipment itself is listed around 800-1400 on verifone.com. Tying you in a contract is the only means of protecting their investment, the terminal. If you bought your own equipment and they tied you in a contract and you signed for it then it's your own fault for not reading it. QUESTIONS DO NOT COST ANYTHING! If you think you're not paying all the fees with your current merchant services, check again, it's there. They all processed the same because the fees came from Visa/MC/Disc/Amex not from North America Bancard.
The other day Bank of America walked in and said if they can't save me money they'll give me $250.00. I show them the statement and asked to see a sample of how their statement looks like. All the fees were diverted somewhere else so they make it look like they're cheap but they're not. The sale representative end up giving me $250 (free money). You're in business, it's dangerous out there, be advised. When thing might not go your way, don't blame on others!
Ps: I'm sorry if I sounded like a jerk but I'm tired of people bashing this company. Every company might have a wrong doing but they're still in business so they must have done something right.
