MetroPCS Complaint - Service In Port Saint Lucie At Your Corporate Retail/Warranty Division Sucks
PORT SAINT LUCIE, FLORIDA -- I have been involved with Metro PCS in the tri-county area. Port Saint Lucie Corporate office is just terrible. During the year I have been in Port Saint Lucie they don't open their office on time, they have very long lines of people waiting for at least two or more hours to be served. You have to take a day off from work to be service. I have the names of every person I spoke to including the manager, who is very rude, because they know no one is checking on them, so they are extremely rude to patrons. Twelve person left who were ahead of me because it took too long to be service. Today I went twice for service I had to wait a minimum of 21/2 hours each time to get a battery. The Service Associate gave me a battery that was not working. He told me he was doing me a favor after I went the second time. I requested the manager who told me he did not know the corporate office address because he had never been there. I tried dialing 611. Tried to complain on line to no avail. What's up with this company.
