Subaru or Fuji Heavy Industries Complaint - Bad Customer Service From Subaru

SULTANATE OF OMAN -- Dear Sir,

I'm owner of Subaru Impriza 1.6 L V. number 9905-Y. I need your help I left my car for service 30.000 KM next day the front bumper was damaged & oil break cover was not there this is happened on 09/Oct 2008 till now they didn't even called me back what type of customer service from Subaru is it???

Am facing this problems also in my car!

1- Break Problem
2- Tires
3- deferential
4- Clutch
5- Steering

Because of their bad service doesn't know how to repair small accidents!!! Really this is my first car from Subaru & all my family dealing with it since 1993...I got bad image about you guys...

Well you help me? Am using rent a car if you are really care about your customer please let me know. Really am expecting your help to solve my problem.
