DirecTV Inc Complaint - Charging For Service Call, When They Are At Fault
BAY AREA, CALIFORNIA -- Direct TV is making me responsible, and wants to charge ($50!) for a service call. I don't get a signal to half the channels, and they won't refund for the days I don't have those channels. Lets remember they charge $6 per box rental, and they are not working well. The leased equipment is intact as they installed. They also do false advertising on the web site, about the # of channels per package. These are facts expressed by myself and other customers I know also.
Anybody has any experiences/suggestions?
