Sprint/Nextel Complaint - Getting A Qualified Rebate In A Timely Manner
We purchased 2 new phones in August, it is now Jan. and we are still waiting for our rebates. First they were to be mailed Sept 27, then there was no rebate we qualified for, then we were only going to get a PENNEY! Then we were to get it in 15 days because we've been such great customers, after that came and went, they had such an OVERWHELMING response to this offer (that mind you didn't exist) that it was going to be 30 days. Here we are again at the 30 days, and the rebate status still says the same thing, it's processing, and we'll (be lucky to ) receive it in 30 days.
DO NOT count on Nextel for your rebates. We have had Nextel for 11 years, and we have never gotten a single rebate. They have always found a reason to exclude us.
