Cavtel Complaint - Confusion at Cavtel
MARYLAND -- My story is like all the others. If you've read all of the other complaints about Cavtel, then you decision should be made. When complaining to them they can only tell you that they are right. It is up to you as the consumer to spend countless hours on the phone only to hear, you should have called us, .... or that your account balance must be brought current to discuss your account and obtain a credit. Don't believe it. This is only a ploy to send you another bill and obtain more of your money and to pay these liars who are called customer care agents.
Us consumers are fed up being ripped of by companies who's only reply is that they are sending our account over to collections. Does anyone have information on how to stop collections in their tracks?
