Embassy Complaint - Poor Management - Lack Of Respect For A Patron - Pool Membership

LINTHICUM, MARYLAND -- I joined the pool membership at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Linthicum, MD. After a week of no heat, I called to speak to the Manager of this hotel and was treated with absolutely no respect and, in fact, was treated very rudely. I asked that I be informed when the pool would be fixed and was told that this was not his job and it would be done whenever.
I travel quite extensively and will make it a point to keep this chain of hotels (including the parent company - Hilton Hotels) in mind.
