T-Mobile Complaint - Customer Service Nightmare
45432, OHIO -- The memory card in my phone failed. I went to the local store 4 times, each time trying to resolve the memory issue. The final trip the store recommended a warranty reissue of a new phone. They stated it would be 3-4 days. After 15 days I called the company. They said they would call UPS for a tracking number and call me back, no one called. Later that same evening I called and talked to someone who was not helpful and I asked to speak to a supervisor and they put me on terminal hold. I hung up and called again, the next CS representative stated that I would need to send my phone in first before they would send me a replacement phone. I will never recommend T-mobile and will take every chance to share my story with the 100's or people and my family will do the same.
This is the poorest customer service I have had in a very long time. The issue is still not resolved.
