MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA -- I purchased a flat screen TV in Sept of 07, in Aug of 08 I purchased a HDMI cable for the best picture possible, that cable did not work with the TV, so I was instructed by Samsung the cable must be bad, so I bought a second, which did not work. I called again and they said the TV must be bad, Fax in the Receipt and instructions will follow for repair. I called again in October same result, again in November same result, again in December and was told to use a different fax number, so I did. Called again in January and was told I was out of warranty, so they checked the call log and said I didn't call until November, so it is out of warranty.
Great company buy at your own risk, they do not want to see you if there are problems with their product.
