Do not waste you money on their products. They state that their software will recover deleted or lost photographs from your media card. Of course they do not provide a trial like many of the other companies do. Well I paid for the product and down loaded it. Ran it from both my camera and a card reader but the program found nothing. I contacted them and asked for a refund since they stated that it was 100% guaranteed to work on any camera or memory card. Say it is guaranteed to recover your photos or you money back. Except they now want me to send my card to them so they can look at it.

I do not want to get my card ripped off also. And do not trust I will get it back since this company is in England. Do not buy any product from this company.

correct, they want the card so they can recover the data, if any can be found. I am sure they do not freely refund money until proven it did not work. what is to say you did not recover your lost pictures, and then asked for as refund as well.

Consider your money lost. Other sources report that the software doesn't work well. When you complain they want the card. Guess what? Yo either never hear from them again or they want an outrageous sum to recover the images. There's lot of free, and I mean free, software available that does a good job of recovering deleted images.

I consider my money lost and a very valuable lesson learned. It is just a shame that nothing can be done to shut them down so they do not rip others off.
