Barnes & Noble Complaint - Still No Christmas Present

FLORIDA -- I ordered two books as Christmas gifts from B & N in November. When the books did not show up in December, I contacted Barnes & Noble. I was told that the US post office sometimes hold packages. Duh! The package was sent by UPS. I contacted them again & was told a tracer was to be put on it & they'd let me know in 8 business days. Up to this point I had been contacting them via email. This time, I called since we were getting close to Christmas. I was told that new books would be sent to me on December 19. Well, Christmas has come & gone & still no books. I contacted them again via email & no answer. I tried again & got an answer & that was that UPS said they delivered the package & that's the end of that. I still have no books & am out $30. It makes no difference that I have been a customer for many years & have never had a problem before this.

I have ordered my books from Amazon & will never again use Barnes & Noble & will do my best to spread the word about their awful customer service.
