Orbitz Complaint - Poor Customer Service - Mis Sold
BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS -- We bought a package to Cancun that included as an upgrade a daily Buffet Breakfast. Arrived at the hotel and there was no record of the Breakfast. Value about $280
I e mailed customer service and they emailed back saying I had to call!! From Mexico to Boston. Called and 30 minutes later they had no solution and I had a $40 phone bill.
No contact since I returned despite requests.
I will never use Orbitz again and will tell anyone I know that they may not receive what they pay for.
Dreadful dreadful company.
