Enchanted Fireside Complaint - Horrible Customer Service - Enchanted Fireside Service for Quadra-Fire
Enchanted Fireside Service for Quadra-Fire - Complaint
WORCESTER, MASSACHUSETTS -- I purchased a Quadra fire pellet stove from Enchanted fire side and regret the day I did so.
I have had several problems with my stove and every time I have called for service it has been a mimimum of 1 week before they even acknolwedge your call. And then it's at least another week before they come out. This place is horrible.
My $4000 stove is no longer working. I cannot get Enchanted fireside to return my calls and they seem MIA.
They claim they "sub out" their servce to a separate company but thats a sham to avoid any liablity on the company.
I have had issues with the fire pot, the door gasket, the starter, the thermal coupler, the blower motors, the heat exchanger tubes/manifold -and the stovee is only 5 years old! Each and every time I was left on my own to fix and repair this product.
Enchanted fire side should be run out of town.
