E-faucets Complaint - Purchase Nightmare - Cabinet Hardware & Customer Service

TEMPE, ARIZONA -- This has been my worst purchase experience EVER!!!!!! I have been waiting for my product for over a month. Customer service reps were very rude. My e-mails were not returned promptly, some not at all. I was put on never ending "holds" on the phone. Nothing was offered to make the situation better ie..express shipping after it was mis-routed..What a HUGE disappointment. I could have order local and had my product in 2 weeks for about the same price. I am kicking myself for ordering from this company. When I asked if they could ship it faster, it was going to cost me well over 100 dollars. Once my order, they should have in big bold print, WARNING, YOUR PRODUCT WILL TAKE 6-8 WEEKS TO GET TO YOU...DO YOU WANT TO CONTINUE?

The way the site is laid out, I missed the small print that tells you to check there stock and what the consequences will be if they don't. The representative was sure to make me feel very stupid for not seeing this on the site. Buyer...do your homework AND read the return/cancel policy before ordering!
