WashingtonMutual Complaint - Terrible Service at Washington Mutual

MIDDLETOWN, NEW JERSEY -- I have had a mortgage with Washington Mutual for years and am looking to refinance, it took me 3 days to get through to them and many hours of waiting on hold, I understand that they are busy. When I finally did get through the person on the other end went over some things with me, and gave me his direct line to call him back, which I thought was nice, unfortunately I have call him every day for 3 days and left him several messages that we were ready to start the process, guess what NO call back. So needless to say we will be going with someone else.

So if you are looking for service DON'T CALL WASHINGTON MUTUAL!!!!!!

I'm sure they are busy... BUT, so is everyone else!!! Apparently they feel they don't need your business since they re'cd their TARP funds....I would be sure to let them know why you went with someone else IF they ever get around to calling you back. Good Luck with your refi!
