Lenovo Complaint - Don't Buy Lenova Products - Thinkpad

I have been using IBM Thinkpads for last 10 years. I am very happy with the Thinkpads. I wanted to buy a new laptop, so I placed an order with Lenova, they had delayed my shipment by 15 days when I called customer service for scheduled delivery date, they have no idea about when they are going to ship. I called again to check the status of the shipment, the representative was so rude.

I will never buy products from Lenovo. Customer services sucks at LENOVO. Then I searched online for reviews so many bad reviews about Lenovo.

Lenovo is a Chinese company and that's where all the products are made. Good chance the CSR had no real info on when the product was going to be available.

You said you've been using Lenovo for 10 years and have always been happy. Changing your mind based on what you read doesn't make sense...to me.

I use a Lenovo Thinkpad for work and personally I don't recommend it to anyone, I've had nothing but problems from day one, everything from it freezing up to complete hardware malfunctions.

I am still using an older IBM Thinkpad (now Lenovo). It just keeps going and going. All I have done to it in all these years was replace the main battery and the system board battery. I heard very few complaints about the older IBM Thinkpads and the service IBM provided. Can't say the same for Lenovo, lot's of unhappy people out there now.
