Toys R Us Complaint - Lack Of Customer Service
FLORENCE, KENTUCKY -- We purchased the 3-level dream house for our daughters Christmas. On the 26th of December, called Toys R Us, then the manufacturer, then back to Toys R Us, trying to receive the missing elevator part for the dream home. Finally, a manager says it will be at the desk today, on the 8th of December. No part, no one there knew what we were talking about. We mentioned the manager who contacted us, they said try another day when hes there. Talk about lack of communication, follow up and customer care. I work in the health field. If I were to speak to a patient like that or not f/u when called, I most certainly would be in severe trouble. But, I guess with Toys R Us, the company has a different standard.
We have emailed corporate to see what they will do? I truly understand the frustration we all have in trying to correct others mistakes. But, when its compounded by the store itself, this leads one to question why should we shop here??
