After being with the idiots for three months, had no problems, went to website to pay off balance, did so, then I get a late notice and a late fee the following month. WOW!!! So I call them and waited for the required 20 min wait to speak to a representative who didn't give a flip, but, I was informed that the computer on the website didn't figure the interest for that day, so an additional fee of $ .68, cost a increase in interest rate and had a large fee to boot...
How in the hell is the FTC allowing these guys to stay in business??? Anyone please let me know.
