OHIO -- I ordered wallpaper and they told me it was on back order. 3 weeks later it was still on backorder. This was Dec, 9 2008. I canceled the order I had used discover. I was told I would have a credit. I called when my statement came in and no credit. I called today Jan 9, 2009 and I was told it could take 1-2 billing cycles. I have never had that before. I called discover today and was told they will look into the matter. I feel like I will get a refund because I got Discover involved. I wonder if I would ever get I refund if I didn't.
I think they hope people will forget and I'm sure some people do. I will write again if discover doesn't do any good but I have a feeling they will.
