Best Western Hotels International, Inc. Complaint - Cancellation Policy
SPRINGFIELD, VIRGINIA -- I too had the same experience others have as far as cancellations at a Best Western in Springfield, VA. I booked a reservation on the Best Western website, had to cancel, and did so 48 hours in advance. I called the hotel directly and was told I would be charged for my entire stay, five nights, which amounted to $695.53.
Unbelievable. The hotel was not fully booked. The manager wouldn't even speak to me even though I was very polite. I will never stay in another Best Western. I too say BOYCOTT!!!!
