Cuisinart Coffee On Demand Complaint - Think Twice About Buying This!

I don't know which is worse, the product or their customer service. I'm on my THIRD coffeemaker in a year. This thing leaks all over the place, including leaving a puddle on the floor. They will not honor their warranty unless you mail the old unit back ($12.00) They keep trying to convince me its my fault, but its condensation that leaks over the top of the catch tray--you don't know it till you see it, then its too late.

Imagine my wooden island counter top??? Supervisor was supposed to return my call 3 weeks ago, didn't. Online survey says they will call: haven't.

I wrote them a long descriptive letter after they did not return the phone call as they promised or did not return my phone call from a request on an online survey about their customer service (or lack thereof). Today I rec'd a response in the mail saying that their attempt to contact me was unsuccessful and that "I" should contact "THEM". Ahem... I have a cell phone, they DID NOT call me like they claimed, no msg, no missed calls.

They must think the public is pretty stupid. I won't be calling. Nor will I be buying anymore Cuisinart.
