Lingo Complaint - Cheater
94040, CALIFORNIA -- I have enrolled from Lingo for my home phone service and at the time of enrolling I have 30 days trial period. I returned all the equipment back on time but they still charge me for monthly charges and cancellation fees. I called up repeatedly and been told I will get refund. But nothing happened and the customer service representative have no sense to talk and meet the customer expectation.
Lingo really sucks and really bad customer service.
