Qwest Complaint - Is Anybody In There?
PORTLAND, OREGON -- I called Qwest to inquire about NEW service recently. Yes, the phone number they advertise for you to call to GET NEW service. I haven't been this disappointed in a while, they can take their service and cram it. After a painful automated phone system some one answered the phone and right away it was obvious she was reading from a script. Canned and cheesy :( The background noise was intolerable, like that movie The Boiler Room. Another five min of interrogation regarding all my personal information.
When I was finally permitted to speak I was informed "this is not my department" UG! Then, probably because her job requires it she read another cheesy script from her screen about how much she appreciated speaking with me and I'm soooo important. BLAH! BLAH! BLAH! Transfered >>>>>> five min >>>>> another automated system to navigate only to listen that that department is CLOSED!!!!!!!
By the way were not talking about two in the morning, try 1130 in the am. banking hours. What the #%$@ !! I WILL NOT BE CALLING BACK. I WILL STICK WITH COMCAST FOR NOW.
